He spent six years practicing mergers & acquisitions law with two top-tier law firms in New York City where he specialized in assisting clients with tax, compensation and other corporate law matters. He advised executives and companies, from large public corporations to private tech startups.
During his time practicing law in NYC, he developed an interest in advising entrepreneurs in particular. He's now back in Los Angeles where he focuses his practice exclusively on providing high-quality legal services for entrepreneurs and founders of dynamic startups, including C-Corp and LLC incorporations.
